How long does delivery take?+
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days after order confirmation. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 days via reputed courier partners.
Can I pay after receiving the product?+
Yes cash on delivery is available for every order, nationwide. No advance payment needed.
What if the product is damaged or wrong?+
Report it within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge, including return pickup inside Dhaka.
